“Karin has been incredibly helpful supporting us with our booking, contacting us directly when an opportunity arose for a later flight back. She even visited the hotel herself after our booking and fed back lots of tips and hints regarding travel metro routes etc. Contacting the hotel directly to confirm our room and arrival, even letting them know it was a special brithday trip. We couldn't have asked for more.”
